Mama Drop Those Burdens

Sometimes (or often times) as a mom we carry around all these burdens that drag us down. There’s the constant housework, cooking, shopping, caring for our children, worrying about our children, difficulty saying no to others, full schedule, and on and on. Are all of these bad in and of themselves? No. Many of them are part of life. But with all the other things we throw on our plate, and the pressure we put on ourselves, it all begins to pile up and can all become burdensome. Mama, drop those burdens! You don’t have to live that way!

If you’ve read my blog much, you know this is my motto. Mama, ditch the overwhelm. The message that I love to share with other struggling mamas. I’m nowhere near perfect. I still struggle. I’m just an ordinary mom like you. But, I don’t struggle nearly as much as I used to. I’ve dropped many of those burdens. I’ve found more joy in my life, in motherhood. You can read some of how I’ve dropped those burdens here. This post is about mindset, which is a huge part , and where we start. But, I have something to share that goes beyond, to the practical how-to’s, to help you drop those burdens.

Unburdened

If you’ve read my blog much, you probably know my love for Allie Casazza. She’s a woman after my own heart, she speaks my language. And what she has to share has brought me so much freedom in my life.

That’s why I want to share with you an online course she has available for moms called Unburdened. Often we get overwhelmed in our lives not by one individual thing, but multiple things combined. Allie offers an amazing course on decluttering that I’ve shared about multiple times. But this course, Unburdened, isn’t just about ditching the mess from your home. It includes mindset, cleaning, meals, your calendar. Pretty much everything you do in your life. This course helps you identify each of those areas and ditch the burdens you carry in your life.

How does UNBURDENED help you?

  • Stop over complicating and procrastinating
  • Ditch the clutter and love your home
  • Clear toxic relationships from your life
  • Simplify clean eating and meal planning
  • Create a cleaning routine that works for you
  • Enjoy your kids when life feels heavy
  • Set boundaries that serve your joy
  • Get healthy and feel better
  • Take better care of yourself
  • Simplify your calendar
  • Setup up rhythms
  • And more

Is Unburdened worth the investment?

Unburdened is an online course, so yes, it does cost you something. Let’s compare it to going to college for a moment. Let’s say you just wanted to take one course at a college that interests you. There’s a good chance that one course is going to cost you around $1,200, give or take. And you’ll walk away possibly knowing what you wanted to learn, or possibly needing to take further courses.

Now, let’s say you took an online course where you don’t have to leave your home, and you can do it on your own time. And… it completely changes your life! In just one course! Ditching the overwhelm and gaining freedom in your life. Don’t you think that would be worth it? Seriously, this course can change how you function as a mother, as a person. And that will in turn have a positive effect on every aspect of your life. Plus, this one online course isn’t anywhere near the cost of one college course.

So to answer the question. YES, it is absolutely worth the investment. You will not regret it.

Deets on Unburdened

This year Allie is offering the full version of her course, Unburdened with live coaching calls where you can ask questions (totally worth it), plus a mini version for those that might want a shorter, simpler version. Take a look here and you can see the difference in each of these course offerings.

If you want to take advantage of either of these courses, you’ll want to act fast. Both courses are open now through October 1st. Then they will close for the foreseeable future. Allie only opens this course 1-2 times per year, so you’ll want to get in on it while you can.
